Getting a great deal on space may not be such a good thing if you are getting more than you need. Even if the total rent is the same, you can wind up spending more on heating and cooling as well as electric and maintenance items.

High Efficiency Climate Control and Lighting:
With energy costs soaring, it is important that you have efficiency on your side. Our units use modern central air/heat pump units and T-8 & T-12 flourescent lighting in office spaces. Warehouse space has gas heat with either flourescent or HID lighting. All units also have individual climate controls that may be set according to your needs.

Individual Signed Entrances:
Each unit is provided with its own entrance and sign making your business easy to find and reach. Each building is also provided with a unit directory sign and there is a property map at each entrance.
